"I called Diaz Automotive to get a quick quote to fix a CV axle on my 2013 Kia optima. Eddie was very helpful and allowed me to bring it in after hours and check it out. After checking it out he discovered it wasn’t my cv axle at all but I had loose lug nuts from a previous brake job a month earlier from someone else! I literally could have died because I drive up and down the cajon pass to work… Eddie checked and tightened all the wheels and I was good to go!

"BMW has been my car of choice since 1995. My car needed several repairs and was skeptical ( trust issues) taking it to the dealer in Ontario. Since moving to Victorville years ago, my service guy was over 90 miles away so routine serving was interrupted. Got a few estimates here in the high desert but still not sure about them. "I took my Mercedes to ATECH Transmission for a transmission repair. I was recommended to them through some one else. So long story short, the ATECH Transmission Kept my car for over a month.. they called me after almost a month and said your car is ready.

I took my car from them..so after less then a month, the Transmission had issues again.. I brought the car back to them.. they kept it again for over a month.. after a month they called me and said, oh We are sorry, we can’t fix your car,Come and let us refund you. They refunded me—than when I looked at underneath the Mercedes, the undercarriage panel was missing.. I told them the Panel is missing.they said oh there was no panel.. thank God I had a video. I told them I can show you proof that the panel was there. Then John said let me look around. he looked around, boom, the panel was there inside their workshop.I told his mechanic and John that see I told you man.. he goes oh yeah, yeah you did.. they thought I was just talking out of my arse and I don’t know my car.

Anyways, I found Diaz Automotive. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed. The shop technicians and Mr Diaz put so much effort into my car. Although it took awhile to get a brand New re-manufactured transmission and it was due the F ups of the other shop, The ATECH Transmission or whatever..

Anyways, Now my car runs smoother than ever before and drives like a champ, atleast for now.

He and hisTechnicians are awesome people and very professional aswell.

Everyone; do your due diligence and if you think some else is better than Mr. Diaz, go for it.. but when it comes to me and my future car repairs, I will be bringing my car to Diaz Automotive.
